Teachers Morning Tea - Friday the 8th of November

Teachers Morning Tea

Dear Parents and Caregivers,

We hope that the girls had a good and restful holiday and are ready for the last term of this year. We have had an amazing year and are suddenly realizing that 2013 is coming to an end, incredible….

You might remember that last year in November, the Parents Forum organized the first of many Teachers Morning Teas which as a big success. The tables were beautifully decorated; the food was amazing, as you can see on the pictures below. We’ll be doing this again and the date for this year’s TMT will be Friday the 8th of November.

We will be thanking the teachers for everything they have been doing for our daughters. The staff do many extra hours outside of their contract which enables Westlake Girls to run their activities such as sports on the weekend, music events, weekend trips, outdoor education activities just to name a few.

We would like to ask your support with baking (sweets and savouries) which can be delivered at school on Friday the 8th at 9 am. This year if possible, we would like to add a raffle so we can present the winning teachers with well-deserved gifts such as toiletries, books, decoration, vouchers etc.

Please contact me if you are able to bake (we would like to have an equivalent amount of sweets and savouries) and to donate a gift for the raffle.

In advance we would like to thank you for your help, it is very much appreciated.

Thank you and we are looking forward to hearing from you.

Warmest regards,

Parents Forum
